SSA Marine Canada is pleased to announce two executive leadership appointments that will strengthen the organization’s focus on commercial growth and operational excellence across its Canadian Region Conventional Division.
Effective August 1, 2026, Kelly Williams has been appointed Vice President, Business Development & Commercial. In this newly created role, Kelly will lead the company’s commercial strategy across the Canadian Region, overseeing customer relationships, business development, strategic market positioning, commercial capability development, and key growth initiatives spanning both Terminals & Stevedoring and IntermodeX.
Over time, Kelly will also assume oversight of IntermodeX’s commercial activities, supporting the continued growth of the company’s integrated logistics offerings, including the development of LinX in Prince Rupert.
Kelly has been an integral member of SSA Marine Canada’s leadership team for more than eight years and brings extensive operational experience, deep industry knowledge, strong customer relationships, and commercial expertise to the role.
SSA Marine Canada is also pleased to announce the promotion of David Martin to Vice President, Operations – Terminals & Stevedoring.
David will lead the company’s Terminals & Stevedoring Operations portfolio, overseeing operations at Lynnterm, Ship Operations, Squamish, and North Island. His responsibilities will focus on advancing safety, operational performance, workforce initiatives, leadership development, and continuous improvement.
Since joining SSA Marine Canada as Operations Director, Terminals & Stevedoring, David has played a key role in advancing operational and safety initiatives. His collaborative leadership and commitment to operational excellence have helped strengthen performance across the business.
