After nearly four decades of service to the Canadian waterfront, Dave Lucas will be retiring from his role as President of SSA Marine Canada. Throughout his career, Dave has been a champion of long-standing customer relationships and industry partnerships, and a strong advocate for the people who deliver exceptional service across our terminals and operating entities every day. He will remain with the organization through the end of 2025 to support a smooth transition.
SSA Marine Canada is also pleased to announce the promotion of Kim Stegeman-Lowe to President, succeeding Dave Lucas with the transition starting November 1, 2025. Kim joined SSA Marine in 2018 through the acquisition of Squamish Terminals and has since held wide-ranging leadership roles supporting both operations and shared services. Her collaborative leadership style and deep familiarity with our teams, customers, and service delivery model positions her to continue to support our organization in strengthening our commercial, industry and community relationships.
Dave and Kim will be working closely together over the coming months to ensure a seamless handover of leadership responsibilities, and continuity for our people, customers, and partners. Our commitment to safety, operational excellence, sustainable growth, and strong, responsive partnerships remains unchanged.
